Admission Essays

Expository Essays
This type is used to present other people's views in details and in a fair way, apart from criticism or argument. It's to explain difficult materials and get the reader acquainted with knowledge.

Persuasive Essays
Also known as the argument essays, here you are choosing one side or opinion and defending it over the other opinion; you are trying to persuade the undecided reader with your opinion, refuting misconceptions and proving that the opinion your present is the best one.

Scholarship Essays
You write a scholarship essay to convince the scholarship committee that you deserve a scholarship. It varies greatly in subject matter or theme. This essay mush reflects your own personal experience. You should devote a couple of weeks to brainstorming ideas to express in this essay to affect the decision of the scholarship committee.

Classification Essays
In classification essays, a writer organizes/sorts and classifies things into categories. The writer classifies supporting details into at least 3 groups.

Critical Essays
The word critical could behave in both ways of being positive or negative. It also describes your attitude when you read the article. Through a critical essay, a writer evaluate the reading according to his own opinion.
