It seems like to me that Mary displays the most indicators of
health/wellness, because every aspect of her life seems healthy. She keeps her mind active and her body. I would also need to know what kind of diets they had. Also, what kind of environments they put themselves in. One of my friends always is in shape physically and she also keeps her mind in shape. Inmy own health activities, I would love to imitate her total devotion to staying
fit and healthy. It sometimes can be very hard for me.
think such factors are not getting enough exercise and daily rest. Many
adults take on nasty habits such as smoking and drugs. Such things you can
do to prevent bad health is maintain a regular diet and exercise program.

Family and friends can help support your changes. There are many factors
that might make the change difficult. You are a creature of habit, so it may be
very difficult. You have to develop a determination to want to change with
many people that?s why they are not successful in changing. They have to put their best effort into it and some aren?t willing to do that. I have become successful in making a change in my diet.
