Frost at Midnight by Samuel Coleridge
In the poem, ?Frost at Midnight,? Samuel Coleridge uses his creative imagery and fascination with nature to create a beautiful picture. Focusing on the ?frost,? Coleridge personifies this natural occurrence as it ?performs its secret ministry? as though it were a mysterious man lurking in the night. Much like other Romantic writers, Coleridge focuses on the natural elements in his surroundings to reflect upon his past. And thus realizes that he can make changes for his future. Nature as Coleridge recalls nature, ?Tis calm indeed!? Coleridge explains, ?so calm, that it disturbs/ And vexes meditation with its strange/ And extreme silentness. The only disturbance in this ?silent Ministry? is the ?owlets cry.? With this silence, he is able to reflect, which he does quite vividly. The clear cut inference is this that if the education is the car then sports and activities are the keys to drive on towards the success! Yesterday I read a newspaper report which showed the tendency oildren to remain away from all sorts of physical activities. I felt really sorry to hear this. Friends if you think that if Newton had just studied days and nights to bring to the world his greatest achievement, 'The Principia', then you should also know where from he had got the idea, he got it from the falling applewhen he was observing nature's beauty and strategies

Appearances are Deceitful

Appearances are Deceitful
Appearances are Deceitful
People’s eyes are attracted to beauty and it’s quite natural. We look at flowers, landscapes, pieces of art, and gracious movements of a ballet dancer with admiration. We understand why it is beautiful and the sight of the above-mentioned things brings us pleasure. People also think of a man’s/woman’s appearance as of a masterpiece of nature and enjoy it as much as a landscape in the Alps. But is the essence of this beauty the same?

Landscapes are parts of nature, pieces of art are created by gifted people; these objects are not alive, don’t possess an intellect, so it is much easier to define the essence of it’s meaning and purpose. Humans have divine gift of speech, abstract thinking and freedom of action. We can’t but agree that it’s very difficult to define, what is hiding behind good looks. Our mind is used to assume that beauty contains only good things. We forget that beauty can also be dangerous. This rule can be applied to some people that use their appearance to harm others for their own profit. Good looking people are called lucky and others that don’t fall under that category are extremely jealous as usual. “Why is my mark “unsatisfactory” if I worked on my term paper topic a lot? My friend didn’t even do a research and got a “good”. This is all because she is pretty”.

Behaviour in the context of a human being can be described as; the way humans act and think in situations. What is meant by nature and nurture? Nature is the word used to describe the biological aspects that shape behaviour, for example genes. Nurture is the word used to describe the social aspects that shape behaviour, for example interaction with parents. Analytical Essay: Riddle Of Inequality

Analytical Essay: Riddle Of Inequality
The riddle of inequality, as Tillich explains, "?Cannot be solved." This inequality is the divider of people, of the have?s and have-nots. It seems that this riddle has confused people since the beginning of time and was even discussed in the bible. People always wonder why some have more than others do; they wonder why this happens and how it can change. I believe that this riddle is natural and cannot be changed despite he best efforts of people.

Tillich attributes this mystery of have?s and have-nots to many factors. First is that if you were granted with inherited talents then you should use them in life to the best of your ability. But if you let them go to waste, then these talents will ultimately be taken away. It is unfair when things are taken away that we might have taken for granted due to lack of attention, such as, "?[the] intense joy and the presence of the mystery of life through the freshness of the young day or the glory of the dying day?" These things are only taken away because we do not pay enough attention to the simple beauty in life and in nature. Although all of these are examples of inequality, I do not agree with Tillich when he claims that this is due to the presence of the divine, by the choice of God. I believe inequality comes from ourselves. We may embrace, or else let it slip away. It is through our lack of conscientiousness that life becomes unequal.
